What we do

We connect homeowners with local service professionals. We are a matching service; we do not perform the work ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between you and a service provider.

Free for homeowners

Submitting a request and receiving quotes is free for homeowners. Service professionals pay us to receive matched requests.

No guarantee of work or outcome

We make a good-faith effort to match you with a qualified local provider, but we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, or outcome of any service. You are responsible for vetting and contracting directly with the provider.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for genuine service requests.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMB Consultants is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from any interaction with a matched provider.
