Alan Haas

We are pleased to have a formal relationship with Alan Haas and his Connecticut-based consulting firm, Educational Futures, to provide college and graduate school advisory services for our clients. Alan has provided personalized advisory services to thousands of students from around the world. His approach includes a unique process of self and career assessment, with an emphasis on goal setting and time management.

Alan is a former principal of two leading American secondary schools and served as Deputy Director General of the International School of Geneva, Switzerland. He is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association, the National Association for College Admission Counseling and The Headmasters Association. He also was an original Trustee of the Independent Educational Consultants Association Foundation, which provides support for projects that will benefit those involved in the process of making educational choices, including students, families, educational consultants, and other professionals.

Alan is a graduate of Wesleyan University (CT) and holds two graduate degrees from Harvard University, where he studied counseling psychology and educational administration.
